Refund and Return Policy
At Oxford Online Pharmacy, we aim to provide the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please read our refund and return policy below.
Returns
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on prescription medications or medicines that have been opened or used. This is to ensure the safety of all our customers, in line with UK health regulations.
If you have received the wrong item or your order has arrived damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or a refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued if:

The item you ordered is out of stock and you do not wish to wait.

You cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

You receive an incorrect or damaged item (photo evidence may be required).
Refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take 5 to 7 working days to appear in your account.
Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it.
Please note: We are unable to refund or accept returns for prescription items once they have been dispensed, unless they are faulty or supplied in error.
